The site is exclusively for private use, so the use of its contents without prior written permission is prohibited for purposes other than strictly personal use.

5. Ordering online
To make purchases through the online store you must register as a Customer, filling in the form available for this purpose, after which you must follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is completed successfully.

How do I order my 1st order from HMCustom Store?
Before placing your first order you must register on our website. Registration is a simple and quick process. You must add the products you want to the shopping cart. Once you have all the products added, just complete the order, indicating the shipping and billing address as well as the shipping method. For security reasons, in the first order the method of sending to the collection is not available.
Can I change materials and quantities in my order?

What happens if I pay for an order and there is no material left?
In case your order is incomplete due to stock breakage, we will contact you in a way to change it for another product or else get the amount in credit for a next order.

Inventory errors may occur in the HMCustom Store Inventory. You should confirm the availability of any product before finalizing your order.
Due to eventual changes of the suppliers or manufacturers of the products, the images on the site may not correspond exactly to the actual product, keeping the characteristics of the product constant.
6. Delivery of orders
Upon receipt of the order, HMCustom verifies both the availability of the product and the time required for its dispatch and delivery at the address of the order.
HMCustom only dispatches on business days, as neither weekends nor holidays are counted toward the estimated delivery of parcels.
Deliveries are made by our carriers at the address indicated by the customer, on working days from 9am to 6pm.
What is the deadline?
The products are supplied within the deadlines mentioned on the Site. Situations such as immediate breaks in some reference (s) or possible failures in transport companies are excluded.
What happens if the item gets damaged?
All items are packed with the utmost care and are protected inside boxes by air pockets and paper. If you notice that the packaging is damaged, you should contact us immediately and we will try to indicate to you the procedures to be followed in conjunction with the conveyor.
However, after acceptance of the order and during opening of the order, if you detect any damage caused by the transport, you must contact us via email immediately (on the actual day of delivery) in detail with damage description and proof photographs, in this case of the products in of the box together with the shipping / transport identifier and essentially of our used packaging, to which every day we excel for the quality.

7. Cancellations, exchanges and returns

What are the payment options?

HMCustom proposes to the Client the following methods of payment:

c) Submission to collection.
Payment by Bank Transfer requires the sending of proof of payment to send your order.
By choosing Paypal you will be redirected to the Paypal page so that you can pay through your PayPal account or PayPal. This type of payment implies a 3% charge for the associated administrative costs.
You can pay for your order when you deliver it to the carrier. Payment must be made in cash (banknotes or coins) to the carrier.
HMCustom may at any time change the conditions of use without prior notice to the customer, reviewing the conditions of use must be a standard practiced by the customer.
Resolution of contracts in the distance purchases (Made in www.LOJAHMCUSTOM.com)?
For distance purchases (online and to be received at the address via the carrier), the Portuguese Law establishes to the consumer a period of 14 days (commonly known as the reflection period) after the date of the invoice, during which he can return the item (s) s) without the need to indicate a reason.
In cases of free contract resolution, the return postage will be charged to the consumer, as stipulated in no. 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, and the value of postage on the order is not credited.
In the free Resolution of Contract in orders made in which the customer enjoys free postage, the return charges are the responsibility of the consumer and the postage initially offered are charged (at the price stipulated at the time of purchase) through the issuance of an invoice, and the respective amount discounted in the amount to be returned.
1. Terms of acceptance of Returns / Exchanges:
Although returns / exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days of distance purchases (as described above), goods returned will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
1.1. The returned item must be intact and without any mark / use damage.

2.1. No exchanges or returns of semiconductors, line transformers, consumables / wear products or software are accepted.
2.2. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for all articles that have the seals of branded packaging broken.
SPECIAL CUSTOMER REQUEST: After HMCustom orders a product (s) to the supplier (s) at the special request of a customer, it is not responsible for the non-satisfaction of the product (s) as a refusal automatically their return, since there was information / acceptance / agreement on the characteristics / specifications of the product (s).
3. Forms of refund of Returns:
If you want the refund on Online purchases, the same will be done through the same way of the initial payment. HMCustom will refund the amount paid for the item as soon as the technical verification of the condition of the product and verification of compliance with the conditions described above (Point 1) is carried out.
